I have traveled with them the last 2 years to orlando have never experienced a problem. They are a little slow at check in from the Orlando airport so expect a line when you leave, but other than that we have had a good experience. But like the others said you have to pay for everything. Buy a soda at the airport and a snack to take on the plane. You can not bring any through security. Remember that they only take credit cards on the plane so bring a credit/ debit card with you as well as cash in case the machine goes down. When you traveled last year there were many empty seats on the plane so after the plane was in the air we could move to an open isle. But we needed to return to our seat when it was time to land. Though some flights get booked it becomes very crowded if you don't mind shelling out an additional fee for choosing your seats get in the first couple of rows. They do not upgrade to first class, if seats are available when you check in then they will ask you if you want to purchase these seats for a certain amount of money. Our one flight had one person in first class. For the flight being on time I cannot complain. We came out of a small airport so there was no problem at all, but coming home from MCO there was a storm and all flights were delayed. We were delayed for about 30min.

They are a Low-Cost-Carrier and they make now show of hiding it. Please make sure that you bring your own food, your own drinks and everything that you need. I have never had a pleasant experience with them, and from most of my friends, family and others I can say that they are truly horrible. A cheap ticket - is a cheap ticket, but with them just be careful that your flight is not cancelled. They often do little to help displaced passengers!
